Expo 1 (Kit Collection) 25th May 2025:

Those who have registered till 21st May, will get kits on 25th May Expo
Venue: Fitness & More Gym, F-12, DLF Phase 1, Golf Course Road, Gurugram

Date & Time: Sunday, 25th May, 10am to 4pm (6hrs)
Note:
- Those who have booked a kit by courier will receive their kit before 24th May. In case you don’t receive, write an email to us. Check race day details for sure
- Do not exchange your bibs or transfer your bib to another participant
- If you can not come to collect their bib, you may authorize someone or your group representative to collect it for you.
- Carry a copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.

Expo 2 (Kit Collection), 30th May 2025:

Venue: Excellence Physiotherapy Clinic, 1090, Sector 40, Gurugram

Date & Duration: Friday 30th May. Time- 12:30am to 5:30pm (duration 5hrs)

Outstation Participants:

Collect your bib on race evening- Saturday, May 31, 5:30pm to 7:00pm (2:30hrs only)
After collecting the t-shirt, you may use the Karma Club facility (which is nearby) to change your clothing and wear the event tee.

Event Day (31st May, Saturday):

The Venue: Karma Lakelands Resort, Entry from Gate 1, near NH-8 McDonald, Sector 80, Gurugram. The venue is 3.5Km from Kherki Daula Toll. From the toll drive-over 2 flyovers and after getting down from the second flyover, exit to the service lane on the left, pass by HP petrol pump, reach McDonald, volunteers will guide you to the resort's parking area.

- It will take a total 15 mins to park your vehicle and reach the assembly area so plan your start from home accordingly.
- The resort is a No Honking, No Smoking Zone, be mindful.
Reach at least 1hrs before the start of your race.

Start Time:
► 50Km Run starts at 6:00pm (10 unidirectional loops, cutoff 6hrs)
► 21.1Km Run starts at 7:30pm (1st loop 1.1Km and 4 unidirectional loops)
► 10Km Run starts at 7:45pm (2 unidirectional loops)
► 5Km Run & Walk starts at 7:50pm (1 unidirectional loop)
► 1Mile Run starts at 7:55pm (u-turn at 800m)

Facilities in Assembly Area:

Medal & Baggage counter- Baggage counter is in the holding area, don’t leave your valuables like wallet, mobile & watches etc in your bag. Participants will get finishers’ Medals.
Food Zone- Collect coupons for ice-cream and Momo with your finisher medal
Toilet Bus- These will be parked near holding area
Tent for Ultra Runner- A dedicated tent only for Ultra Runners will be available on the route for keeping baggage, stretching and snacking.

Water Stations: 5 aid-stations will be stocked with Cold Water, Energy drink, first-aid & runners’ snacks. Water will be served in disposable cups. So, you may carry your own water bottles/ sippers as the water stations may be crowded.

Waste Segregation & Disposal: Segregate the disposables in wet and dry & dispose it off in the respective bins. Bins are marked for wet & dry waste collection. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.

Prize Distribution:

There is no cash prize. Overall podium finishers (male & female) in Half Marathon, 10.5Km & 5.25Km Run will be felicitated once all the races are over. Walkathon is a non-timed, non-competitive distance category.
Age category wise podium finishers will be felicitated on a later date.
Distance wise Age Categories
► 5Km Run- under14, 14- 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50 to 60yrs and 60yrs & above (top 3 men & women)
► 10Km Run- under 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50 to 60yrs and 60yrs & above (top 3 men & women)
► Half Marathon- under 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50 to 60yrs and 60yrs & above (top 3 men & women)
► 50Km Ultra Run- There is no age category
► The results will be based on net-time (chip-time) and not on a gross time basis.
