Expo (Bib & Kit Collection at Event Venue):

Collect your bib on race evening- Saturday, June 3, 5:30pm to 7:15pm
After collecting the t-shirt, you may use the Karma Club facility (which is nearby) to change your clothing and wear the event tee.

Event Day (3rd June Saturday)- Assembly area gate opens at 5PM

The Venue:
Karma Lakelands Resort, Entry from Gate 1, near NH-8 McDonald, Sector 80, Gurugram.
The venue is 3.5Km from Kherki Daula Toll. From the toll drive-over 2 flyovers and after getting down from the second flyover, exit to the service lane on the left, pass by HP petrol pump, reach McDonald, volunteers will guide you to the resort's parking area.

- It will take a total 15 mins to park your vehicle and reach the assembly area so plan your start from home accordingly.
- The resort is a No Honking, No Smoking Zone, be mindful.
- Flag off starts from 7:30pm

Start Time:

21.1Km Run starts at 7:30pm (4 unidirectional loops)
10.5Km Run starts at 7:35pm (2 unidirectional loops)
5.25Km Run & Walk starts at 7:40pm (1 unidirectional loop)

Facilities in Assembly Area-

Collect your kit & bib from 5:30pm to 7:15pm from the Bib counter, in case you did not come to 1st expo.
Medal & Baggage counter- Baggage counter is in the holding area, don’t leave your valuables like wallet, mobile & watches etc in your bag.
Participants will get finishers’ Medals as soon as they complete their run and then head for the dinner.
Toilet Bus- These will be parked near holding area

Water Stations:

4 aid-stations will be stocked with Water, Energy drink, first-aid & runners’ snacks. Water will be served in disposable cups. So, you may carry your own water bottles/ sippers as the water stations may be crowded.

Waste Segregation & Disposal

Segregate the disposables in wet and dry & dispose it off in the respective bins. Bins are marked for wet & dry waste collection. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.

Prize Distribution

There is no cash prize. Overall podium finishers (male & female) in Half Marathon, 10.5Km & 5.25Km Run will be felicitated once all the races are over. Walkathon is a non-timed, non-competitive distance category.
Age category wise podium finishers will be felicitated on a later date.

Distance wise Age Categories

5.25Km Run- under 14, 14- 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50yrs & above (top 3 men & women)
10.5Km Run- under 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50yrs & above (top 3 men & women)
Half Marathon- under 35yrs; 35 to 50yrs; 50yrs & above (top 3 men & women)

The results will be based on net-time (chip-time) and not on a gross time basis.
